FLIK, a division of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Floor Manager for the AMEX Centurion Lounge at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys developing teams, engaging with guests, and maintaining exceptional service standards in a fast-paced premium lounge environment.
 
The Floor Manager will lead front-of-house operations, coach lounge associates, monitor the guest experience, and coordinate closely with culinary and beverage teams.
 The position requires strong floor presence, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve service challenges with professionalism and urgency.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily front-of-house and guest-service operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate lounge associates.
  • Maintain premium food, beverage, and hospitality standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, guest flow, and service execution.
  • Resolve guest concerns and support effective service recovery.
  • Coordinate with culinary, beverage, client, and airport partners.
  • Support scheduling, attendance, compliance, and associate development.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two to four years of hospitality or food service management experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a premium, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in leadership in Fine Dining Restaurants, Hotels, airport lounges, VIP Lounges / Clubs,  or corporate dining  is required 
  • Open availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
