Job Summary
Provides high-level internal and external customer support.
Assists with creating a collaborative environment amongst teams through employee engagements and personal introductions.
Speaks knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
Plans and executes employee engagements for clients, employees, and guests visiting the space
Supports the workplace employee engagements with any set-up needs
Communicates effectively with peers, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communications.
Maintains a strong awareness of business activity and communicates all updates with the workplace team.
Communicates and interacts effectively with all other departments.
Proactive, timely and clear communication to team and leadership, especially alerting team of changes and needs to support workplace operations.
Effectively solves space or amenities related issues to ensure an elevated user experience.
Observe floor operations, user behaviors and suggests strategic changes to continue enhancing the experience on the floor.
Meets or exceeds company initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive the company's operational goals
Supports the welcome reception in the absence of the welcome host and during meal breaks
Key Competencies
A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering a memorable experience in all aspects of the role.
The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously, while constantly interacting with visitors in a public environment.
Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details.
Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
A consistently professional approach, with a mindset to take ownership and responsibility within and outside one’s job domain.
