Liquor Room Supervisor - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. This is not tipped position.
Schedule: Part time schedule. Must be available during nights and weekends and for inventory on truck days.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and bar operations. Familiarity with unit-of-measure tracking and scanning inventory systems. The Liquor Room Supervisor must have excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Previous experience in hospitality, arena/stadium, or event setting is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Must enforce liquor room rules, including receipt validation and access control
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move cases of beverages and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Must follow strict protocols for product distribuition and storage, including cooler logs, par sheets, and transfer slips
- Ability to read and intepret BEOs accurately
- Ability to multi task and adapt quickly to last-minute changes or urgent needs during live events
Job Summary
Summary: The Liquor Room Supervisor manages the distribution and inventory of alcohol and beverage supplies for events. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, enforces liquor room policies, and supports bar staff with timely and organized product fulfillment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete daily cooler temperature logs and ensure proper storage conditions
- Maintain organized and fully stcoked liquor room, including coolers and shelving
- Verify and process par sheets and BEOs for product distribuition to barbacks and catering staff
- Accurately complete transfer sheets and issue products based on inventory needs
- Ensure liquor room policies, including required receipts and proper documentation for all pulls
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with scanning, counting, and replenishment
- Prevent unathorized access and maintain a clean, safe, and efficent workspace
- Communicate effectively with bar managers, supervisor, and team members
- Report any discrepancies, damages or missing items to leadership promptly
- Support compliance with food safety, alcohol handling, and organizational standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
