Job Summary
Position Summary Levy Restaurants is seeking an experienced and motivated Suites Cook Supervisor to lead culinary operations in our luxury suites and premium service areas. This role is responsible for supervising line cooks, ensuring consistent food quality, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and actively participate in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes for suites and premium areas.
- Lead and motivate a team of cooks, providing direction and coaching during events and non-event prep days.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes, presentation, portion, and quality guidelines.
- Oversee kitchen station setup, cleanliness, and equipment functionality before, during, and after service.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards as outlined by local health departments and internal policies.
- Support implementation of new menus, recipes, and service strategies for premium culinary offerings.
- Maintain a professional and respectful team culture, upholding the core values of Levy Restaurants.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of culinary experience in a high-volume, premium foodservice or hospitality environment; supervisory experience required.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven knowledge of upscale menu execution, prep, and plating techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials (required or able to obtain upon hire).
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and all major stadium events. Work Environment
- Fast-paced, high-energy event days with long hours on your feet.
- Exposure to heat, cold, and loud stadium conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks typical of a kitchen environment.
