Job Summary
The Traveling Executive Chef oversees all culinary operations across assigned dining accounts. This role leads culinary teams, ensures food quality and safety standards, manages financial performance, and supports the rollout of new programs. Frequent travel between locations is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop culinary teams across multiple accounts
• Oversee food quality, presentation, and execution standards
• Manage food and labor costs and control overall expenditures
• Plan, develop, and implement menus
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Support the launch of new culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and leadership
• Travel frequently to support operations and business needs
Qualifications
• Culinary degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience required
• Proven experience managing cost controls and budgets
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work in multiple locations
• Growth oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
