Job Summary
Make memories guests can take home. As a Retail Clerk, you’ll provide excellent customer service while processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and keeping retail areas neat and welcoming. From souvenirs and apparel to game-day essentials, you’ll help fans leave with something to remember.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Comfortable operating POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with product selection
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process accurate transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail area
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
- Assist with product setup before events and breakdown after
- Provide exceptional service in alignment with Levy’s hospitality standards
