Job Summary
A Retail Supervisor leads daily store operations, supports and motivates staff, delivers excellent customer service, and helps achieve sales goals. Key duties include scheduling, training employees, monitoring inventory, maintaining store standards, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring company policies and safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Basic cash-handling and inventory-management skills

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
