As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead strategic human resources initiatives that drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development at Q2 Stadium. You will ensure that our people programs align with Levy’s mission while building a workplace that celebrates diversity and excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal employment laws
  • Partner with venue leadership to forecast and address staffing needs
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and team members
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform and improve business decisions
