Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise premium suite operations before, during, and after events.
- Lead and support suite attendants, runners, and hospitality staff.
- Ensure all suite orders, amenities, and catering requests are delivered accurately and on time.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction throughout events.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company standards.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
- Coordinate with culinary, warehouse, and premium operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and operational reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional suite environment.
