Salary:  $68,000 - $72,000

Job Summary

Central Noble Community School Corporation in Albion, IN is seeking a student-focused Director of Dining Services to oversee nutrition programs across three schools and an on-site daycare, serving approximately 500 meals daily. This leader will manage a team of 11 frontline associates and be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, USDA compliance, and delivering a positive dining experience for students. The operation participates in both the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and National School Breakfast Program (NSBP).

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams and relationships. Central Noble has a highly supportive client partnership and a stable, long-tenured account. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, K-12 food service experience (preferred), and a passion for student nutrition. The position offers excellent work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule and time off during evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Maintains excellent relationships with the client
  • Works with the team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
  • Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
  • Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Three plus years of foodservice management experience required
  • Dining experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
