- Pay Range: $135,000-$165,000k USD, 20% annual bonus potential.

You are the “team leader” for all new sales opportunities. The Director reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops new business and brings in new account sales, including total orchestration of the sales process, including but not limited to: prospect identification, prospect qualifying, prospect contacts, survey organization an execution, proposal development and delivery and, closing and contract negotiations
- Acts as a liaison between various operations, including survey coordination, resale support when specifically approved by the Regional Vice President and sales training for operations management
- Great relationship-building skills
- Leads through persuasion and vision rather than position
- Organizes and writes strong proposals and presentations
- Meets financial quotas
- Follows specific sales process and required procedures
- Is self-disciplined & proactive in your work environment
- Most important – personal drive to achieve goals, most of which are set by you
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA or equivalent experience
- Successful track record, demonstrated and verifiable, regardless of area of expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demeanor that inspires trust, engagement, confidence
- A “will to win”
- Confidence in communicating with senior level executives both internally and externally
- Experience in selling to hospitals and healthcare systems preferred
- Some overnight travel required as to cover a large geography
