Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our food service operations and catering programs.
This leadership role combines operational excellence with creative catering coordination.
You’ll manage daily kitchen and service operations while collaborating with the Corporate Chef to develop menus, pricing, and client-tailored catering experiences.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of food service professionals
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and production planning
• Ensure all food is prepared and served to company standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with the Corporate Chef to create sample menus and catering proposals
• Coordinate and organize catering events from planning to execution
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor budgets, labor, and cost controls
• Address customer feedback and continuously improve service
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in food service management or catering
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and operational standards
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
• Culinary or hospitality background preferred
