SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID: SEATTLE, DC, NASHVILLE, NEW YORK, BAY AREA)

Job Summary

The Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through stabilization and closeout. This role partners with operations, finance, technology, suppliers, and client stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, clear communication, and the ability to translate business needs into structured plans, decision points, and measurable results. Integrated facilities management experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, budget, reporting, handover, and closeout.

· Build integrated project plans and governance routines that align stakeholders, clarify decisions, and maintain accountability across workstreams.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure operational requirements, readiness criteria, and transition plans are clearly defined and executed.

· Track project progress, action items, risks, issues, change controls, purchase orders, and budget status to support timely and informed decision-making.

· Partner with operations, finance, technology, procurement, and client stakeholders to resolve barriers and keep projects moving against agreed priorities.

· Prepare concise status updates, dashboards, meeting notes, decision logs, and project documentation using client-preferred tools and reporting methods.

· Support project launches, go-live activities, stabilization, lessons learned, and handoff to ongoing operational owners.

· Identify opportunities to improve project management tools, templates, routines, and repeatable delivery practices across the team.

· Project planning and execution: Develops clear scopes, milestones, schedules, dependencies, action plans, and closeout documentation.

· Risk, issue, and change management: Identifies risks early, tracks issues and decisions, manages change controls, and escalates barriers appropriately.

· Stakeholder communication: Prepares concise project updates, dashboards, leadership summaries, meeting notes, and client-facing reports.

· Cross-functional collaboration: Works effectively across operations, finance, technology, procurement, clients, vendors, suppliers, and field teams.

· Financial and supplier coordination: Tracks budgets, purchase orders, supplier support, project costs, and related documentation against approved scope.

· Operational readiness and handoff: Supports launch planning, go-live execution, stabilization, lessons learned, and transition to operational owners.

· Problem solving and organization: Converts ambiguous information into practical plans, measurable deliverables, clear owners, and next steps.

Qualifications

· Progressive project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in operations, workplace services, facilities, hospitality, or a related environment.

· Integrated facilities management experience is preferred, including exposure to service delivery, asset and maintenance practices, mobilization, change control, or operational handover.

· Proficiency with project-planning, collaboration, reporting, and data-analysis tools; ability to quickly adapt to client-preferred systems and reporting methods.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

· Project management certification preferred; facilities management, change management, safety, or process improvement certification is a plus.

· Travel is required on an as-needed basis to support project launches, go-live activities, stakeholder meetings, and stabilization. (up to 25%)
