Job Summary

Job Summary: 

Working as a Premium Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for the suites in Akins Ford Arena.  You will manage and lead a team of associates.  You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.  Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all suite operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
  • Manage suite staff including hiring, scheduling, training and performance evaluation. 
  • Monitor suite setup, presentation, and cleanliness to ensure all standards are met before guest arrival.
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Handle guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of food, beverage, and supplies; oversee ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and revenue tracking for suite operations.
  • Support special events, VIP experiences, and high-profile clients as needed. 
  • Supports the Convention Center and Theater Operations as needed. 
  • Other Duties as needed. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
  • ServSafe Certified preferred
  • MyVenue Experience preferred
