Job Summary
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Suites & Clubs Attendants to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

Coordinate event-day setup, service execution, and breakdown of premium hospitality areas.

Monitor food and beverage presentation, quality, and inventory levels throughout events.

Train, coach, and support team members while ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.

Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety standards.

Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event expectations, assignments, and operational updates.

Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution

.Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity to maintain a high-performing team.

Complete operational reports and communicate event outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Other Duties As Assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
