Job Summary



Summary:   Provide support in a multitude of way to a Company executive in order to enhance the Company's effectiveness and best service Company clients and employees. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Check in team members, volunteers, and vendors on event days.
  • Welcomed volunteers and staff, answered questions, and provided event information.
  • Coordinated event-day check-in operations to maintain an organized workflow.
  • Distributed event materials, name badges, and schedules to team members.
  • Directed volunteers and staff to assigned roles and work locations.
  • Communicated event updates, schedule changes, and important announcements to team members.
  • Provided support to supervisors by monitoring attendance and resolving check-in issues.
  • Assisted with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas were prepared and organized.
  • Maintained accurate attendance records and reported staffing updates to management.
  • Delivered excellent customer service to attendees while supporting event operations.
  • Collaborated with team members to ensure events ran efficiently and on schedule.
  • Assisted with new team member orientation and onboarding procedures.
  • Helped maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment throughout events.
  • Supported logistics by organizing supplies, registration materials, and event resources.
  • Ensured compliance with event policies, safety guidelines, and organizational standards.
