Job Summary
Summary: The Concessions Runner is responsible for ensuring the restaurant and retail spaces are stocked and operational throughout events by transporting food, beverages, suppplies, and equipment between locations and commissary areas. This position supports efficient service and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport food products, beverages, paper goods, and supplies to concession areas before, during, and after events.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Replenish inventory and assist concession teams in maintaining adequate stock levels throughout service. Monitor stands for product shortages and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of concession locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, commissary, and concession areas.
- Assist with waste removal, recycling, and post-event cleanup.
- Support concession cashiers and stand attendants as needed to ensure efficient guest service.
- Follow supervisor instructions and respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
