Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Labor & Scheduling Support
Assist in tracking back-of-house labor across all event types
Support the creation of event-based schedules aligned with forecasted volume
Monitor labor usage and communicate variances to culinary leadership
Help ensure scheduling aligns with approved labor budgets
Workforce Planning Assistance
Support scheduling processes for concessions, premium, suites, and catering
Assist with staffing coordination for large-scale events
Help maintain accurate labor deployment plans
Attendance & HR Support
Maintain the culinary attendance tracker
Monitor attendance records and escalate concerns to leadership
Assist with documentation related to attendance and performance matters
Partner with HR to ensure proper paperwork and policy compliance
Credentialing & Compliance Support
Assist with culinary credentialing processes
Maintain accurate workforce records and documentation
Support compliance with venue and company standards
Event Operational Support
Assist in translating event forecasts into labor plans
Support post-event labor tracking and reporting
Provide administrative support during peak and high-volume periods
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with culinary leadership, HR, and Finance to support labor and workforce processes
Serve as an operational support resource for the culinary team
Qualifications
1–3 years of hospitality, food service, or venue experience preferred
Basic understanding of scheduling and labor management concepts
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
