General Manager : Lead a Premier Dining and Hospitality OperationWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of a high-profile dining services operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.As General Manager, you will oversee the financial performance, culinary quality, client partnerships, and day-to-day operations of the account. You will serve as the primary liaison with the client while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and service excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic business leader with a strong background in food service, catering, team development, and financial management.What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of managers and frontline associates.
- Foster a culture focused on engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Lead employee meetings, training initiatives, performance reviews, and succession planning efforts.
- Champion professional growth and create opportunities for career advancement within the team.
Client & Guest Experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional hospitality and consistently exceed client and guest expectations.
- Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the client.
Financial & Business Management
Direct all financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial reporting.- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute business strategies that improve profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Manage purchasing, inventory controls, and cost containment initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, and presentation.
- Partner with culinary leadership to develop menus that drive guest satisfaction and operational success.
- Oversee catering operations and large-scale events to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, health department regulations, and food safety protocols.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
8+ years of progressive food service, hospitality, or Catering dining services experience, including at least 5-6 years in a leadership role. Strong Corporate Catering Management experience is required- Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations.
- Proven experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience in upscale dining/catering, corporate dining, or luxury hospitality environments.- Knowledge of food purchasing, inventory management, and labor management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- ServSafe Certification and/or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
