Job Summary
Summary
Performs stewarding, sanitation, warewashing, and operational support duties to maintain clean, organized and food-safe kitchens, concession areas, clubs, and back-of-house spaces. Supports culinary and operations teams while ensuring compliance with Levy, client, health department, and food safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintains clean, sanitary, and organized kitchens, dish rooms, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.
· Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and sanitize floors and food contact surfaces using approved chemicals and equipment.
· Operates commercial dish machines, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and other stewarding equipment safely.
· Washes, rinses, sanitizes, and stores dishes, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen tools, and food preparation equipment.
· Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, recycling, grease, glass, and compost in accordance with safety and sustainability standards.
· Cleans and sanitizes waste receptacles, dish rooms, utility areas, drains, and stewarding equipment.
· Delivers clean wares, supplies, chemicals, and equipment throughout the stadium as needed.
· Performs other stewarding and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours.
· Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to safety and sanitation.
Physical Requirements
· Frequently stands, walks, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, and lifts throughout the shift.
· Regular exposure to hot water, steam, wet floors, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures.
