Job Summary

Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor at Georgia World Congress Center will be responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance within the Levy service areas to ensure all facility systems, equipment, and spaces support safe and efficient event operations.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Complete work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify issues and ensure spaces are event‑ready.
• Assist with event setup support related to facility needs (equipment checks, minor repairs, adjustments).
• Operate tools, equipment, and lifts in accordance with safety standards.
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly to leadership.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or building operations within a large venue or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of general maintenance, mechanical systems, and repair practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and event‑based shifts.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
