This individual will be responsible for the success of multiple accounts, managing client relations, along with ensuring that the services offered to customers is of superior quality.

What Success Looks Like - The successful candidate will:
- Build strong and trusted client relationships.
- Coach and develop Site Managers and frontline leaders.
- Create accountability through clear expectations and consistent follow-up.
- Ensure company standards, policies, safety requirements, and compliance expectations are executed consistently across the portfolio.
- Maintain visibility into operational priorities, risks, staffing needs, and account performance.
- Champion business continuity planning and operational readiness.
- Drive a service-focused culture centered on hospitality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen service delivery, and enhance the client experience.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies that support operational excellence and long-term growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within Business & Industry, Workplace Services, Facilities Services, Hospitality, Mail Services, Logistics, or a related operational environment.
- Experience managing multiple locations and diverse teams.
- Working knowledge of Office Support Services, including Mailroom Operations, Shipping & Receiving, Reception, Hospitality Services, and Workplace Services.
- Experience coaching and developing leaders in a multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, business continuity, compliance standards, and safety programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
