STAFF SUPERVISOR (PATIENT TRANSPORT) (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for a full time STAFF SUPERVISOR (PATIENT TRANSPORT) position.
• Location: Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz Campus - 13123 East 16TH Avenue, Aurora, CO 80045. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm. Further details upon interview. 
• Requirement: Prior patient transport, supervisory and healthcare environment experience required - Please upload your current resume with application! 
  • The ideal candidate will still possess strong problem-solving, leadership, supervisory, and relationship-building skills for employee development, and coordinating, logistics & operational experience; Some responsibilities will include: 
    • Supervise daily Patient Transport operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
    • Lead associate onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
    • Support workforce planning, staffing optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical departments to resolve service concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Promote employee engagement, accountability, and operational excellence while supporting departmental goals and strategic initiatives.

• Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $34.00 per hour + benefits package options.
