Position Title: Director of Dining Services
Salary: $80000 - $90000

Job Summary
As a Director of Dining Services, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for a high-profile dining account, driving excellence in food quality, guest experience, and financial performance. In this role, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals while maintaining strong client partnerships and operational standards.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, business-minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven background in restaurant operations, multi-unit leadership, and full P&L accountability. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing financial results, and delivering innovative dining solutions that exceed client and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate balances operational rigor with hospitality-minded leadership and has a track record of driving results through people, process, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
