Job Summary

Build people-first culture in a fast-paced environment! As Director of Human Resources, you will lead the charge on talent strategy, oversee compliance, and shape the employee experience across all departments. You will drive recruiting efforts, guide employee relations, and help create an inclusive workplace for everyone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred 

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred

  • Knowledge of employment law and labor compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

  • Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations

  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Partner with leadership on performance management and succession planning

  • Oversee training, engagement, and retention programs

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
