Job Summary

 

Drive the people-first culture behind exceptional experiences. As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee daily HR operations, support team member engagement, and ensure compliance while partnering with leadership to build a strong, inclusive workforce.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Address employee relations concerns and conduct investigations
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Partner with leadership on staffing and workforce planning

 

Detailed Responsibilities:


The Human Resources Manager oversees day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. This role works closely with department leaders to support staffing needs and maintain a productive and compliant work environment. The HR Manager ensures policies are followed, supports team member development, and contributes to organizational success through effective HR practices.

 

Daily Tasks:

 

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR issues
  • Maintain HR records and documentation
  • Monitor compliance with policies and regulations
  • Assist with training and development programs
  • Generate HR reports and track key metrics

 

Overarching Tasks:

 

  • Support workforce planning and staffing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws
  • Improve employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Implement HR policies and best practices
  • Partner with leadership to support operational goals
