Job Summary

Lead the charge in delivering seamless, high-impact operations. The Director of Operations will oversee and optimize all venue operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and operational excellence. This role will drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and elevate the overall guest and client experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of operations management experience in hospitality, food service, or large-scale venue management
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with inventory management systems and operational software
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations (ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all service areas
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Lead hiring, training, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet event expectations
