Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Job Summary
We are seeking a dyanmic, hospitality centric Marketing & Guest Engagement Manager to support our dynamic, multi site corporate dining portfolio (Mid Atlantic Region covering Washington DC and suorrounding territory). This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with marketing acumen to drive critical engagement & activation efforts on site. Our Marketing & Guest Engagement Manager works closely with operational leadership to ensure excellence in our dining operations - well promoted, well communicated, engaging events, activations, and service delivery to our clients with the end goal of building and sustaining long-term relationships and exceptional guest service. PLEASE NOTE - This role is 100% on site and demands the ability to travel to multiple locations; mileage to be reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provides continued high standard of service and communication to engage client & employee population
- Asseses the operation for engagement opportunities - tailors Eurest wide marketing promotions, signage, events to site level implementation efforts, ensuring effective collaboration with F&B leadership teams
- Creates compelling guest facing and internal marketing & promotional materials
- Performs an ongoing analysis of the portfolio of business managed by analyzing the vendor, client and sector financial performance
- Regularly engages with client and portfolio leadership to present and communicate ongoing engagement and activation efforts
- Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated - assists with quarterly business reviews and relevant reporting & presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing & engagement experience, preferably within a hospitality environment (food & beverage marketing, guest engagement, and/or promotion experience strongly preferred)
- Canva/Power Point skills are a must - the ability to create engaging and informative content
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making
- Proactive communication skills (written and verbal); you're emotionally intelligent and work effectively with all levels of associates
- Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
