We’re opening a new, full‑scale Wolfgang Puck restaurant inside WME’s flagship office, and we’re looking for a General Manager with exceptional presence, someone who is polished, intuitive, and able to build genuine relationships with agents, executives, talent managers, and VIP guests.

Operating Monday through Friday with no late nights, this venue offers premium hospitality in a high‑energy, creatively driven environment. In addition to leading the restaurant and full bar, you will oversee the barista‑led coffee program, grab‑and‑go service, and all pantry operations throughout the building, making this role the center of hospitality for the WME campus.

We’re seeking a leader with confidence, warmth, and the ability to “work the room” while running a tight, efficient business. If you enjoy shaping a venue from the ground up, energizing a team, and delivering hospitality with personality and precision, this role offers a rare opportunity to shine

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations for the private restaurant, full bar, happy‑hour service, coffee/barista station, grab‑and‑go program, and all pantry services.
  • Build strong, trust‑driven relationships with talent managers, executives, and VIP guests with discretion and professionalism.
  • Create a polished, consistent, high‑touch hospitality culture aligned with Wolfgang Puck standards.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and team development for FOH, barista, pantry, and support teams.
  • Establish structure and systems for a brand‑new operation, including service standards, workflows, pacing, and guest‑experience flow.
  • Partner with culinary leaders on menu development, seasonal offerings, tastings, and new program launches.
  • Maintain food and beverage quality, cost controls, inventory integrity, and vendor partnerships.
  • Manage all financial aspects of the operation, P&Ls, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure reliable execution of pantry services and coffee/express programs, maintaining speed, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold compliance across HACCP, health codes, food safety, fire safety, and internal standards.
  • Lead VIP activations, happy hours, special events, and evolving client needs with grace and adaptability.
  • Champion operational excellence, thoughtful problem-solving, and a culture of inclusion and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in upscale or high‑end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium catering environments.
  • 5 plus years of progressive experience in high‑end hospitality, including leadership roles.
  • Comfortable engaging with high‑profile clients, talent managers, and executives with confidence and discretion.
  • A natural connector, someone with presence, approachability, and an ability to elevate the room.
  • Collaborative, people‑focused leadership style with strong communication and guest‑relations skills.
  • Strength in building operational systems, managing complexity, and leading through rapid growth.
  • Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food purchasing, safety protocols, and cash‑handling.
  • Ability to remain steady, solutions‑oriented, and flexible in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience supporting VIP events, activations, or high‑visibility service moments.
  • ServSafe or DOH certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience opening a new restaurant or operational concept
  • Background in private club, members‑only, or entertainment‑industry dining environments
  • Familiarity with barista programs, pantry operations, or express/fast‑casual service
