Salary:  $65,000 - $75,000

What You’ll Do

As the Unit Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives for the unit
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing dining concepts
  • Expand and enhance marketing platforms, campaigns, and communication channels
  • Manage multiple marketing projects and ensure timely, high‑quality execution
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics
  • Deliver marketing initiatives within established budgets
  • Create compelling marketing presentations for stakeholders and partners
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience
  • Confidence presenting to large groups and diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of merchandising, promotions, and brand activation
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • A creative mindset paired with strong analytical abilities
