Job Summary
The Vending & Micro Market Implementation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the installation, exchange, removal, and tracking of vending and micro market equipment across customer locations. This role partners with multiple installation teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution, data integrity, and smooth transitions within both physical and virtual systems. The coordinator also leverages reporting tools and dashboards to support standardized plan-o- grams and operational efficiency.
This role sits at the intersection of field operations, asset management, and data analytics, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with two installation teams to ensure the smooth installation, exchange, and removal of vending and micro market equipment across assigned territories
• Serve as the primary liaison between installation teams, operations, and internal systems to ensure alignment between physical equipment changes and virtual records
• Maintain accurate, up to date virtual asset tracking across multiple platforms, ensuring proper documentation of all equipment movements and exchanges
• Monitor and reconcile discrepancies between installed equipment and system records, escalating and resolving issues as needed
• Utilize Power BI reporting and dashboards to analyze equipment data and support the development of standardized plan-o-grams for vending machine installations and exchanges
• Assist in building and maintaining standard operating procedures related to equipment deployment, exchanges, and asset racking
• Prepare reports and summaries to support leadership visibility into installation activity, asset utilization, and upcoming project needs
• Support project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within operational standards
• Collaborate cross functionally with operations, logistics, inventory, and field leadership to improve installation processes and system accuracy
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing asset data, reporting, and installation coordination
• Experience in operations coordination, asset management, project coordination, or a related role (vending, micro markets, retail, or field operations experience preferred)
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools, including Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms to track equipment and operational activity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field teams and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Problem solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting vending or micro market equipment installations or exchanges
• Familiarity with virtual asset management systems or inventory tracking platforms
• Basic understanding of plan o grams and equipment layout standards
