Job Summary
Summary: As a Concessions Stand Lead at Boise Athletic Club, you help guide daily operations within your assigned concession stand while supporting team members and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will assist with stand setup, product organization, and service flow while upholding Levy’s standards for hospitality, food safety, and sanitation. This role helps ensure efficient operations, strong teamwork, and fast, friendly service during every event.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in leadin daily operations within an assigned concession stand
- Support team members with service, transactions, and guest interaction
- Ensure stands are properly set up, stocked, and ready for service prior to events
- Maintain product organization and ensure proper food handling procedures
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Assist with managing service flow to maintain fast and efficient guest service
- Help train and guide concessions team members on procedures and expectations
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
- Communicate product shortages or operational needs to supervisors
- Support end-of-event closing procedures including restocking and stand cleanup
- Promote a positive, team-focused environment that reflects Levy hospitality standards
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous concessions, food service, or customer service experience pareferred
- Leadership or lead experience preferred but no required
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- Must obtain valid Food Handlers permit
