Job Summary
Summary: As a Concessions Supervisor at Boise Athletic Club, you play an important leadership role in delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience for our guests. You will oversee daily concessions operations, support and guide team members, and ensure Levy’s standards for hospitality, food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence are consistently upheld. This role is responsible for creating a positive, high-energy environment while ensuring efficient service and memorable guest experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Supervise and support concessions team members during event daily operations
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Support team members with guest service, transaction, and service flow during peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with Levy safety, sanitation, and food handling standardsl.
- Assist with staff assignments, breaks, and operational coverage
- Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Assist with end-of-event closing procedures and stand breakdown.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or concessions experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Must obtain valid Food Handlers permit
