Job Summary
Summary: The Premium Loge Runner at Boise Athletic Club supports premium hospitality operations by ensuring food, beverages, and service supplies are delivered efficiently to premium loge seating areas. This role plays an important part in creating a seamless guest experience by assisting service staff, maintaining well-stocked loge areas, and helping ensure timely service throughout events. The Premium Loge Runner works closely with premium leadership and service teams to support Levy’s high standards of hospitality, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver food, beverages, and service items to premium loge seating areas during events
- Assist Premium Loge Attendants and service staff with guest service needs
- Ensure loge areas remain stocked with necessary products, beverages, condiments, and service supplies
- Support timely delivery of orders from kitchen and bar areas to loge locatios
- Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout events
- Assist with setup of loge areas prior to events including food, beverage and service preparation
- Help maintain smooth service flow during high-volume service periods
- Communicate product shortages and service needs to premium leadership
- Assist with clearing items and maintaining presentation standards in loge areas
- Support post-event breakdown and organization of premium service areas
- Follow all Levy safety and sanitation standards
- Promote teamwork and support a positive guest-focues environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous food service, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift and carry trays, food items, and beverages (up to 30-40lbs)
- Must obtain valid Food Handlers Permit
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
