Job Summary
Summary: As a Suite Attendant at Boise Athletic Club, you will deliver a high-level hospitality experience within our private suites. You will be responsible for providing attentive food and beverage service while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable event experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality while upholding Levy’s standards for service, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored
- Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it to guests in-seat
- Maintain the suite before, during, and after each event
- Knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
- Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed
- Understands all event paperwork and reports
- Always exceeds guest expectations
- Adheres to location appearance guidelines
- Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Maintains prep and service areas
- Employs good safety and sanitation practices
- Understands the importance of maintaining equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and provide attendtive service to multiple guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- Must obtain valid food handlers certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events
