Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary program and elevate the dining experience at one of Boston’s most dynamic destinations - One Lincoln. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, driven culinary leader to put their mark on a high-profile operation known for excellence, energy, and innovation.
About the Role
As Executive Chef, you will have full ownership of the kitchen—shaping the menu, setting culinary standards, and leading a talented brigade. You will balance creativity with consistency, delivering bold, refined cuisine while maintaining operational discipline and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonally driven menus that reflect creativity, quality, and guest appeal
- Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen leadership and hourly culinary staff
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and the highest food standards
- Maintain food and labor cost controls, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Drive innovation while respecting the brand and vision of One Lincoln
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
- Passion for fresh ingredients, menu development, and modern culinary trends
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and forecasts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A commitment to training, culture-building, and culinary excellence
