Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all catering inquiries, handling a high volume of administrative requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform extensive administrative coordination, including scheduling, booking, tracking, and updating meetings and events in internal software.
- Manage all logistical and administrative details related to high‑profile client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Ensure accuracy of room reservations, event details, and scheduling information, maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Coordinate day‑of event support to ensure meetings and events run smoothly and align with client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to support event execution and uphold the professional standards of the operation.
- Provide occasional weekend administrative and on‑site support for special client events as needed.
