Job Summary

This position is seasonal (winter) and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning, high-quality service, and profitability. They are responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

This is not an exhaustive list. The items below are primary duties. Any and all other duties assigned by upper management are expected to be completed as requested.

  • Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
  • Maintain company and uniform safety standards
  • Recruiting, hiring and training all staff, including supervisors
  • Monitor daily finances including sales, orders and labor
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership to guide and inspire staff
  • Adaptability
  • ServSafe Certified preferred
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
