Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities throughout Palm Beach County and Boca Raton. This individual contributor role focuses on building a strong pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and delivering customized solutions that drive growth across healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, commercial real estate, manufacturing facilities, and other key market segments.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with strong local market knowledge, an established network of business relationships, and a proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through close.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

New Business Development

 

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on Palm Beach County and Boca Raton.
  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across targeted market segments.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities capable of delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry engagement, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual sales goals.

 

Relationship Management

 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers, property managers, facilities leaders, procurement teams, workplace experience leaders, and business owners.
  • Develop strategic partnerships within the local business community.
  • Represent Canteen at industry associations, trade shows, networking events, and community organizations.

 

Solution Development & Sales Execution

 

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer goals, operational challenges, and service requirements.
  • Develop customized solutions utilizing Canteen's portfolio of vending, micro-market, office coffee, pantry services, workplace amenities, and unattended retail offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, financial analyses, and business reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through implementation and onboarding.

 

Market Intelligence

 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of local market conditions, economic activity, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and key developments within the territory.
  • Leverage market knowledge to create competitive advantages and accelerate growth.

 

Performance Management

 

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity.
  • Provide regular territory updates and business development reports.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to ensure successful client implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

 

  • Five or more years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities and long sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach County and Boca Raton.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Knowledge of vending, micro-market, office coffee, pantry services, workplace amenities, and unattended retail solutions.
  • Proven ability to prospect, schedule appointments, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience developing new business opportunities within healthcare, higher education, commercial real estate, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Palm Beach County and Boca Raton business community.
  • Candidates residing in Palm Beach County or Boca Raton are strongly preferred to support local market engagement, networking, and client relationship development.
