Accelerate Growth & Client Engagement

  • Identify high-impact opportunities across the region and shape strategies to capture them.
  • Build and maintain influential client relationships that drive retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on key presentations and business development efforts.

Inspire People & Culture

  • Lead a regional leadership team that brings our culture and values to life.
  • Promote talent development, succession planning, and long-term employee retention.
  • Foster an environment grounded in collaboration, inclusivity, and shared success.
  • Serve as a role model for our commitments to culture, equity, and inclusion.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience leading six or more director-level leaders in a complex, multi-unit environment.
  • Higher Education contract food service experience strongly preferred; contract foodservice experience required.
  • At least 5 years leading multi-unit accounts with combined managed volume of $200M+.
  • A proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and executive-level communication skills.
