MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Coreworks is hiring immediately for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position.
- Location: Cantata Adult Life Services - 8700 West 31ST Street Brookfield, IL 60513
- Schedule: Full time schedule. Saturday - Sunday hours may vary. More details upon interview.
- Requirement: 3+ years experience required.
- Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Short Description
- Performing routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Repairing damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines
- Painting the building when the old paint fades or chips
- Keeping tools and equipment clean, organized and in good condition
- Notifying management when parts orders are needed for repairs
- Conducting building and equipment inspections to identify issues
- Weatherizing the building by repairing weather stripping or replacing insulation
- Updating work orders, writing notes about services performed and closing requests upon completion
- Adhering to workplace health and safety standards
