Job Summary

 

The Senior Concessions Manager oversees the operations of a team of of hawkers ensuring sales, customer service and operational efficiency. The Senior Concessions Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Senior Concessions Manager will also be involved in developing strategies to improve performance and profitability. 

 

Key Responsibilities:


Team Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising hawkers. 
Sales and Revenue Generation: Implementing strategies to maximize sales and achieve revenue targets. 
Customer Service: Ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing complaints, and resolving issues. 
Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulations. 
Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating hawker performance, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans. 
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. 
Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. 
Reporting: Providing regular reports to upper management on sales, operations, and performance. 


Job Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
* Bachelor s degree in hospitality management is preferred
* High level of computer literacy
* Experience in food and beverage industry, retail, or events.
