Position Details:RD will create an integrated and mission‑aligned dining experience by connecting guest experience, wellness, marketing, sustainability, and light operational support. The Wellbeing Manager oversees event programming, community partnerships, digital and on‑site communications, nutrition and wellness compliance, sustainability initiatives, and revenue‑supportive promotions. The position ensures that all activations, messaging, and offerings reflect both our company’s brand standards and the client’s goals.
Salary: $75,000-$80,000

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute guest experience programming that aligns with client mission and community needs.
- Manage marketing and communication channels, including dining and event websites, printed materials, Viva Engage, and Instagram.
- Lead food promotions and marketplace merchandising that drive engagement and support revenue goals.
- Ensure wellness and nutrition standards through FDA signage, label review, dietitian office hours, and guest education.
- Support sustainability initiatives such as carbon‑footprint labeling and Waste Not, including monthly audits and reporting.
- Maintain operational continuity by supporting POS and online ordering accuracy and functionality.
- Build and manage community and internal partnerships to strengthen experience and brand alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian, REQUIRED
- Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Wellness experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be able to travel to client sites
- Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers
