Salary:  $60,000 - $65,000 / year

Job Summary:

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead administration of the Loss Prevention program and training for the Texas Division to reduce losses, drive sales, and a shrink-focused culture.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Become a champion of the loss prevention culture with a focus on deterrence, training, improving margin, and accountability

• Become a One Market expert and any other reporting system internally used

• Own operational execution of the loss prevention program and LP metrics

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to navigate loss prevention related conversations with internal and external clients

• Owns shrinkage awareness and shrinkage reduction strategies communication to local teams

• Ability to review video footage for extended periods of time with strict attention to detail

• Ability to gather, analyze, compile and report multiple incidents

• Must be accountable, detail oriented, decisive, and have a passion for loss prevention

• Strong excel skills required

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience: High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to review video footage and pay close attention to detail with extreme focus on finding discrepancies.
