Job Summary

Job Title: Manager of Operations
Location: Denver Summit, Denver, Colorado

 

Job Description:
Lead the charge in delivering exceptional operations that power unforgettable guest experiences. The Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day venue functions, ensuring efficient service execution, strong team performance, and alignment with Levy standards. This role will drive operational excellence while supporting event success from planning through execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of operations or hospitality management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with financial reporting and cost control
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments
  • Manage staffing levels and scheduling to meet business demands
  • Monitor financial performance including labor and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with culinary, purchasing, and front-of-house teams
  • Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
  • Support event execution and resolve operational challenges in real time
