Are you passionate about helping colleagues build practical, day-to-day skills with Generative AI at work? Do you have experience teaching new technologies, creating enablement content, and guiding teams through adoption and change? If so, consider the AI Enablement Lead role at Compass Technology.

Compass Technology is a global leader in providing digital solutions to our customers. We are adding an AI Enablement Lead to expand our enterprise training and adoption programs for third-party Generative AI tools. In this role, you will help plan and deliver our adoption engagements, create clear learning resources, and support end users as they begin using tools like M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and ChatGPT Enterprise. You will partner closely with the Product Owner, Third Party AI, and stakeholders across the business to drive adoption, communicate changes, and help measure usage and engagement.

About the Team

The Citizen Intelligence team at Compass Technology Group empowers business professionals to innovate and automate by providing best-in-class tools, training, and support. Under the Citizen Development team, two specialized teams collaborate closely:

The Third Party AI Team is responsible for the stand-up, delivery, maintenance, provisioning, training, adoption, and evangelizing of purchased Generative AI tools. The AI Enablement Lead reports directly to the Product Owner, Third Party AI to drive user enablement and maximize the impact of generative AI solutions across the business.

The Power Platform Team focuses on empowering citizen development through automation using the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio). The Power Platform team delivers similar services (stand-up, training, adoption, and evangelizing) for automation tools, empowering users to build their own solutions and often co-building them.
Both teams intersect at the convergence of AI and automation, ensuring a seamless experience for business users as they adopt and innovate with these technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and scale enablement experiences (cohort-based trainings, live trainings, webinars, office hours, in-person sessions) that help employees apply M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, ChatGPT Enterprise, and other third-party AI tools in their daily work.
  • Create and maintain training materials (slide decks, demos, job aids, FAQs, prompt examples, and internal guides) and keep content current as features evolve.
  • Drive adoption and change activities: draft communications, partner with stakeholders and champions, and reinforce responsible use aligned to Compass Group’s Responsible AI and data governance guidelines.
  • Support user onboarding and day-to-day enablement: help users with tool and feature clarity, licensing/provisioning, resolve common issues, and escalations.
  • Help define and track adoption insights (e.g., licensing and usage trends, training engagement) and recommend improvements to expand reach and impact.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and 3+ years in technology training, enablement, adoption, or a similar user-facing role in a corporate environment.
Strong facilitator and educator: experience leading live sessions and creating clear learning content for non-technical audiences (adult learning, enablement, or training program delivery).
  • Collaborative self starter with a growth mindset, experienced in cross team delivery of user focused outcomes and rapid learning of emerging AI capabilities.
  • Change & communication skills: able to draft adoption communications, partner with stakeholders, and guide users through evolving features and new ways of working.
  • Problem-solving mindset: comfortable troubleshooting common user issues (including licensing/provisioning flows), escalating appropriately, and continuously improving based on user feedback and usage insights.
    Preferred/Bonus Skill
  • Degree in relevant fields (IT, Computer Science, Business, Education, etc.).
  • Certification in generative AI or related technologies is a plus.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar) and the ability to teach practical use cases and safe, responsible usage.
