Job Summary

This individual will provide world-class customer service and management to our vendor partners, clients, and team. They will be responsible for project creation, account configuration changes, technical support, and the training of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams by supporting day-to-day project activities and helping maintain strong team engagement.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather necessary payroll information.
  • Provide support to senior analysts and managers in troubleshooting payroll issues or answering inquiries.
  • Serve as a functional expert on all payroll applications, providing comprehensive support to new managers by offering expert guidance and exceptional customer service.
  • Interpret and document new business requirements and complete configuration within applicable payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management systems.
  • Partner with HR business partners, field managers, and technology teams to support implementation readiness and successful go-lives.
  • Execute required weekly processes accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Investigate payroll and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Evaluate workflows and support data to identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for process simplification.
  • Maintain project plans, process documentation, presentations, and training materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow established payroll policies, procedures, controls, and data-security requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, human resources, payroll, information systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Customer-service focus and ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential payroll and employee information.
