Job Summary:

The Beverage Warehouse Manager is a key leader within our Canteen Vending operation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term success of the beverage warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading all aspects of all daily drink line operations while handling the flow of goods and driving continuous improvement. Leading, mentoring and developing your team while. Scheduling associates, completing performance reviews and training to ensure company policies and procedures are being followed. You will be responsible for Inventory control while adhering to all safety standards for the company, Federal regulations and OSHA standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in management or supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment. You must have a demonstrated track record of leading a team of employees and driving operational efficiency.

• Operational Skills: Direct experience with and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential. You must be skilled in inventory control, logistics, and process improvement to optimize workflows and reduce errors.

• Safety & Compliance: A strong commitment to creating and maintaining a safe workplace, with a proven understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards.

• Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to fulfil the physical requirements of the job, including standing for periods, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods distribution industry.

• Data Analysis: The ability to use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions and drive strategic improvements.
