Location:  REMOTE

Salary:  $125,000 - $135,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Annual Incentive Plan

Job Summary

The Manager of Brand Partnerships for Chartwells Higher Education is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships across national, regional, and local brand partners within the retail portfolio, with a strong focus on the college and university segment. This role will drive brand performance through effective sell-through strategies, ensure alignment with company objectives, and identify partnership opportunities that enhance the campus retail experience and accelerate revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Retail, this position plays a key role in shaping brand strategy, optimizing partnerships, and delivering best-in-class retail programs.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 
•    5+ years of experience in retail, brand management, strategic partnerships, or foodservice 
•    Experience working with or within the college/university or campus retail environment is strongly preferred 
•    Strong financial acumen and analytical skills 
•    Proven ability to manage diverse brand portfolios, including national and local partners 
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
