Job Summary:
Are you a creative leader who thrives on big ideas and strategic thinking—but also loves seeing the details come together? Compass Creative Studio is looking for a Creative Manager to guide a collaborative team in producing smart, compelling sales content that connects with clients and drives results.
In this role, you’ll help shape the vision for our creative work, lead a talented cross-functional team, and partner with stakeholders across the business to translate strategy into high-impact visual storytelling. From pitch decks and proposals to digital campaigns and video, you’ll ensure our creative outputs are strategic, aligned, and built to stand out.
Responsibilities:
Creative Direction
- Set the tone and direction for a wide range of creative deliverables—from print and digital to video and experiential
- Provide both big-picture vision and hands-on guidance to support key projects and campaigns
- Ensure all work reflects brand standards, visual clarity, and a high level of storytelling and polish
Team Leadership & Growth
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and project managers
- Build a collaborative, solution-focused environment where creativity and quality go hand in hand
- Support professional growth with regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities to stretch skill sets
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with sales and subject matter experts to align creative direction with business goals
- Contribute creative insight during kickoffs, brainstorms, and strategic discussions for major pursuits
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on expectations, priorities, and timelines throughout each project
Project Oversight
- Oversee creative production from concept to final delivery across presentations, proposals, digital assets, and multimedia formats
- Prioritize projects and assign resources based on scope, impact, and deadlines
- Review and approve high-visibility deliverables, maintaining quality and consistency
Innovation & Workflow Optimization
- Stay current on trends, tools, and technology, especially in areas like AI and digital storytelling
- Identify opportunities to streamline creative processes and improve team workflows
- Promote clarity and consistency in how brand assets, templates, and files are organized and shared
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading creative teams in deadline-driven, collaborative environments
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of creative projects across media: print, digital, video, and presentations
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint to provide input or hands-on support when needed
- Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet
- You understand how strong branding and visual communication work together to support sales strategy and business growth
